Call Transfer Fails

In the ACD system i have the lines set to "Trombone"/"Dial and Conference" transfer

This works perfectly.

 

​The agent who is now connected to the client wishes to pass the call on to a colleague. She now does a blind transfer and replaces the receiver. The call is then dropped and the caller disconnected.

However if the transfer is supervised, the colleague answers, takes the call, agent hangs up , then the caller is transferred correctly.

 

Could you advise if what is happening, is in fact correct.
