Problem To Start D/300 Sc E1 Dialogic Card

Hi, I have a board D/300SC-E1 over Linux Redhat 6.2, it was working fine, but I was needed format the server, now I try to install the board again but I have an error when I try to open channels:

dxxxB1C1

Unable to Bind the Busy Tone 116

Channel 1 : Error: lasterr 0x60, State = 0

Cannot set CallID feature for dxxxB1C1

I try to start the dialogic service but I have the next error:

When I restart the server show me the message anexed here.

Can any help me to know what I need to solve the problem?
