Vg Not Working After Changing Pbx System #1

Dear Support Officer

 

After changing PBX system

VG not working in the section of blind transfer call to other extension

i attach the files in 2 topic (file a bit big)

Kindly help to take a look

From traces we can see that you are using VoiceGuide v6 and using "blind hookflash" transfers to make the call transfer.

 

With blind hookflashes it is usually only the hookflash length that needs to be set.

 

But you may want to check whether the new PBX requires that destination extension be answered before the party doing the transfer (VoiceGuide) can hang up. If this is the case then you would need to use "Monitored Transfer"
