Callque Entries Changed To Year 9999

I see entries in the callque that are changed to 9999.

Is that just so that we know which entries could not be dialed due to SIT or something else that we need to take care of on these particular calls?

These are the calls that have exhausted their retries without having been answered.

These calls are left in the database so that they can be easily identified and re-scheduled for a later time if necessary.
