giro1 Report post Posted 08/28/2013 05:52 AM Hello everybody, I configured a dialogic SVI on my PC with voiceguide but I would like to use it at work where there is an isdn telephone network : would it work with an external adaptator isdn/dialogic like (http://www.pixmania.com/fr/fr/790658/art/detewe/ta-33clip-convertisseur-d.html#pix-review)? or do I have to get a numeric PCI card? Thanks for advices, Pierre. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/28/2013 09:24 AM That adaptor should be fine. Dialogic does not have a BRI card as part of its current lineup, so to attach to a BRI digital line (2B+D channel service) you will need to use a TA (Terminal Adaptor) and an analog Dialogic card. Dialogic does make Digital cards to connect to E1 ISDN and T1 ISDN trunks, and if lower line counts are required then both T1 and E1 can be provided as 'fractional' - eg: 10 lines on an E1 (instead of usual 30) Share this post Link to post
