Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/19/2004 11:25 PM Can you try setting the system to answer the phone after the 2nd or 3rd Ring and see if this makes any difference? Caller ID is sent usually between the 1st and the 2nd Ring, so usually answering after the 2nd Ring allows enough time for Caller ID info to arrive... If answering after 3rd Ring still does not work then have you confirmed with the phone company that Caller ID is enabled on these lines? Can the Phone company tell you HOW the Caller ID info is sent? Do Caller ID enabled phones attached to these lines display Caller ID when a call arrives? Share this post Link to post
