Vb Script Validation Works For First Entry, But Not For Subsequent Att

The VBscript I have entered into the Get Numbers module seems to be working the first time the caller is prompted. A number between 1 and 5 is required, and it fails if the number "6" is entered, for example. But, on the 2nd attempt, the number 41 is passing. Why is this?
