Here is what is going on Supposed to happen: Call comes in goes to record a message caller records message hangs up VB script processes moving the file to an FTP server where a support ticket is created. What is happening: Supposed to happen: Call comes in goes to record a message caller records message hangs up Flow stops processing and message not moved. Anyone have an idea how I can handle this? Can you please advise whether this system uses traditional analog telephone lines or ISDN trunks or VoIP. If system uses uses traditional analog telephone lines then can you also advise what device is used to interface with the telephone lines? Is it a Dialogic card or something else?
