When we brought the PC back Up, It changed my Unique ID number and says registration invalid. I cannot use my program. How can I fix this problem???? My number is M27DE | MA5E1 Do I need a new Registration Code to continue operating my Voice Guide Software v6.0.3335? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/25/2013 08:22 PM Most likely the Dialogic card is not being detected on this system, or the Dialogic service is not started. This is most likely why your VoiceGuide v6 registration code is not working. Are the Dialogic card drivers installed and is the Dialogic service started? With VoiceGuide v6 you need to to ensure the Dialogic service is started before starting VoiceGuide. (VoiceGuide v7 will start the Dialogic service automatically for you).
