Problem: Tone Is Received By The Wrong Port Line

Hello,

I use this Dialogic Card - D4PCIUFEQEU.

which is connected to 2 phone lines.

I have an IVR system which only receives calls.

A tone is send to the IVR system through PhoneLine1

But is it also received by PhoneLine2.

I have attached this zip file, which include also the vgs file + The Scenario's description

Trace shows that Dialogic card reports hearing a DTMF tone on port 2 about 180-190ms after reporting hearing it on port 1.

 

If you are making test calls from two phones close to each other then maybe the sound of DTMF tone pressed on first phone can be heard by phone connected to the second line?

Yes , probably That was the reason,
I tested again, with two phones far apart, and it was fine.
