SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/18/2013 08:09 PM Can you please explain in more detail what is required here. Can you maybe outline the original requirements? Do you want the agent to ask the caller to enter some information using their telephone keypad while the call is connected to the agent? All data entered by caller before the call is connected to agent can be made available to agent by VoiceGuide. Any data can be transformed/encrypted and only that transformed/encrypted data made available. Once call is connected to agent any DTMFs pressed by caller may be saved to a Result Variable - but then forwarding this data to agent is not made by default. Please contact sales@voiceguide.com if you want this data to be forwarded to agent or otherwise acted on by VoiceGuide. If any information is required by agent after call is connected to agent then can the caller just speak this information to the agent? The agent after all would usually hear the DTMF tones anyway - and most people can tell which DTMF tone is which after listening to them for a while. (it's possible to disconnect the connection between agent and caller while caller enters data and reconnect when # is pressed - please let us know if this is required) Share this post Link to post
