I have sent the question through mail to sales@voiceguide.com, but I prefer to also post it here.After testing the software, I've purchased a VoiceGuide v6 Professional License (4 line) I am using VoiceGuide as an Outbound Dialer, in order to play a message to a list of numbers.Once I have inserted the license, the system is not making any calls, staying in "Waiting for a call" status.Then, I've tried Version 7, and then I've discovered that I worked OK with my Dialogic Card. So, I would like to know, before asking to to upgrade my license toVersion 7, which kind of license allows me to use the Outbound Call Dialer.Can you please inform me the right license to buy, the cost, and the way to do it online, so I can be back on business asap?Thanks and regards Facundo Share this post Link to post

These licenses include the Dialer: Professional+Dialer Enterprise+Dialer Please see http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm for information on differences between Professional and Enterprise versions of software.
