Voice Mail Broadcasting

What do I need to purchase to set up a one telephone line system which will broadcast one minute messages to preselected telephone numbers? The system must be able to sense answer machines and deliver the message to the answer machine after the beep tone.

 

I have the following computer system:

 

Windows ME

20 gig HD

233 pentium

External Ambient 56K external voice/fax modem

One available telephone line

1 line VoiceGuide Dialer @ US$99

(total US$198)

 

Note that Voice modems cannot sense answer machines. You will need to purchase a Dialogic card to detect Answer machines. (D4PCI is about US$500).

 

D4PCI is a 4 port card, but you can still purchase just a 1 line version of Pro+Dialer to enable just one line on the card.

Dialogic cards need to run under a WinNT/2000/XP.
