SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/25/2013 07:38 PM It looks like the Dialogic service is not starting. As the Dialogic service is not starting VoiceGuide does not see any Dialogic cards in system and hence the license cannot be validated. You need to check why the Dialogic service is not starting. Try disabling the VoiceGuide Service for now (set to Manual startup in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services) and restart system and use Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) to check if the cards are found by the Dialogic service and if the service starts. Were any changes made to the system recently? Which version of Windows is used on this system? (NB. posted License key was removed from original post) Share this post Link to post
Guest u4910 Report post Posted 11/25/2013 07:54 PM I see the Dialogic System Service is "starting" and seems stuck on that. I'll make it manual and reboot the server as I can't stop the service at all. The only change I know of is an update to Trend antivirus. It's 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit. Share this post Link to post
