SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/30/2013 12:18 PM It looks like you are using VoiceGuide v6. Do you know what hookflash length your PBX uses/expects? Please post the VoiceGuide config.xml file. Also please post the VoiceGuide traces capturing system startup and transfer attempt. In cases where the transfer fails can the original caller hear the DTMF tones of the destination extension being dialed? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/02/2014 12:09 PM from http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/config_calltransfers.htm : he hookflash length is set in Config.xml file, in the Parmeters_DxBd section. The following section of Config.xml should be edited: <Parmeters_DxBd> ... <Parmeter> <Description>Flash time during dialing (10ms units)</Description> <Key>DXBD_FLASHTM</Key> <Value>10</Value> <Default>10</Default></Parmeter> ... </Parmeters_DxBd> A setting of 10 means 100ms. The setting is in 10ms units. Recommend setting this entry to 20 and see if this results in more reliable hookflash transfers. The PCI card will work fine with VoiceGuide v7.
