SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/29/2004 11:55 AM Looks like there is a major issue with the SAPI subsystem on this machine... when making a call to it (to create TTS) something fails badly and that is why VG aborts playing TTS and hangs up the call (note that VG itself has not crashed...) Can you please tell us more about the system used. Which version of Windows & Service Pack? Which version of SAPI? is it a fairly clean install or do you have many other programs on this system.
