Guest Sarah Russell Report post Posted 02/03/2004 03:29 AM I am getting an error message which says: LINEERR_RESOURCEUNAVAIL [8000004B] @ lineOpen(5, ...) Can you explain what this means and how I can correct it, please. Thanks Sarah Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/03/2004 04:16 AM This occurs sometimes if the config of the machine was changed around - and just indicates that VG cannot find the modem/card channel in the same place where it was last time. Running the "VoiceGuide Configuration Manager" to find all the lines again usually fixes this. Share this post Link to post
Guest Sarah Russell Report post Posted 02/03/2004 04:28 AM I ran the Configuration wizard again, and I still get the same error message. Any clues? Share this post Link to post
Guest Sarah Russell Report post Posted 02/03/2004 04:40 AM Just one thing that may be making a difference is the list of TAPI devices listed when I am in the Configuration Wizard. They include RAS VPN Line 0 WAN Miniport (L2TP) LPT1T IPCONF LINE H323 Line as well as the analog lines. Does this mean that the dialogic card has not been installed properly? Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/03/2004 05:10 AM If the Dialogic analog lines are shown in the list then this suggests they have been installed properly... Have you tried running through the VG Configuration Manager? (The other TAPI devices present on system will get listed by VG Configuration Manager as well.. they can just be ignored...) Guest Sarah Russell Report post Posted 02/09/2004 12:23 AM This is still not working. Is there anything I can try? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/09/2004 01:55 AM The next step I'd take would be to re-install the Dialogic drivers and TAPI & Wave drivers as per the Dialogic install instructions in the VG Help file. Share this post Link to post
