Then i try to restar the ivr, then it is okay again. but when the time passing by, suddenly when i call again its shows only ringing when i check the logs i see when the soundfile turn the ivr not pay it, then ringing. If you have not registered VoiceGuide then VoiceGuide will stop answering calls after a while. To register the software you will need to purchase the license.
