I am having voice mail problems and when I open the event trace window it is filled with the following:

Looks like the new version of VG was installed over the top of a previous version of VG.

The "DialListDbFindDueCall" errors are caused by the old version's "OutDialQue.mdb" Database files still existing in VG's \data\ subdirectory, and this preventing VG from creating the new versions databases which v5.1.7 uses...

 

To fix this issue please uninstall VG then delete the directory in which VG was installed, then install VG again (or install in a new directory...).

 

Deleting both the databases in that directory and then starting VG again should resolve all database related problems but just to be sure I'd recommend complete removal and reinstalling.

Will this delete the voicemail messages ?

Deleting the VoiceGuide directory will delete the voicemail messages as well.

 

If you'd rather keep the VoiceGuide installation & it's configuration as it is now then I'd recommend just deleting the two .MDB databases from VoiceGuide's \data\ subdirectory (stopping VG beforehand) and then starting VG again - VG will then create the databases in the correct format.
