lorpar Report post Posted 03/20/2014 02:37 AM I have a doubt, which would like to solve before to take a step. I have a perfectly working voiceguide installation (enterprise edition, 4 lines), which is answering a voip toll free number with all 4 lines. I would like now to let it be able to also answer a second voip number, using the same 4 lines. I means anybody calling to the toll free number OR to the other new number (from a different voip provider), will get the voiceguide system answering in the same way. I guess this is possible by configuring a second <VoIP_Registration>, after the one already working, and of course also a second <VoIP_Authentication> after the one already in use. Is this correct ? After configuring a second voip registration, with a different provider, both voip numbers will be answered in the same way by one of the 4 voice guide lines ... right ?? Thanks for your attention Share this post Link to post

Is this correct ? Yes. You can register with multiple VoIP providers and receive calls from all the various multiple VoIP providers with whom you registered.
