lorpar Report post Posted 03/20/2014 01:48 PM I would like to see a log of the numbers that called voice guide, if they have been answered or not and hot long the call lasted. This information should be in some log, and I have seen the logviewer program in voiceguide directory. The problem is that the logviewer is not finding any log to open (looking for .VGL files, and not finding them). I noticed that in CRD directory you can find a log file in .TXT format, but hard to read in a quick way (you have to guess which is the calling number, calculate hos long the call lasted and so on ... How to solve this ?? Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/20/2014 10:32 PM The .vgl files are in the same directory as the script, or in scripts's \log\ subdirectory, if the \log\ subdirectory has been created where the script is located. the same information is also saved in .json and .xml formats. CDR (Call Detail Records) file format details can be found here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/log_cdrs.htm Share this post Link to post
lorpar Report post Posted 03/25/2014 09:53 PM Ok ... I have been able to find and open the VGL file using log viewer. The problem is that the information I need seems to be in CDR file non in VGL. Is there a program available to read such CDR files in a more clear way ? Share this post Link to post
lorpar Report post Posted 03/25/2014 09:53 PM by the way, just to warn you ... google is saying that you site has badware and is blocking it. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/25/2014 11:25 PM CDR records are saved in comma delimited format (.CSV) If further analysis of the CDR records is required then the comma delimited data can be opened in MS Excel or other spreadsheet application and use spreadsheet tools to analyze it further. Re the Google warning: Website was hacked a few hours ago (by someone who likes to fake clicks on online ads) but it should be all fixed now. Thank you fer letting us know, we do our best to fix such issues promptly. We resubmitted the site to Google for a re-check to make them stop displaying the warning. Hopefully you should soon stop seeing these Google warnings. Apparently this can take up to a day... If you still continue to see the warnings after a day has passed please let us know!
