lorpar Report post Posted 03/22/2014 01:38 AM Just one doubt. Can I have a second Voip software on the same computer where voiceguide/dialogic is running ? IN the case it would be a T.38 FoIP FAX, connected to a different voip provider than those used by voiceguide, but using the same computer and the same internet link/network card. I'm asking this before to install such a software in order not to risk to create a problem. Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/22/2014 02:04 AM There would most likely be a clash for the UDP port 5060. If you can set up the other software to use a different UDP port then it may be possible to run both applications at same time. Share this post Link to post
shimmer Report post Posted 05/02/2014 09:59 AM hey saw your question and thought I would pass this on to you I have a windows 2008 r2 server with 2 Ethernet ports installed and I have static ip each one of them and I have 3cx phonesystem runnimg on one and voiceguide running on the other, you must also have 2 outside static ip address's and in your router you open up the firewall or disable it, then program 1-to-1 NAT and point 1 outside static ip at 1 inside static ip and then do the same with the other,, I use port 5060 for voiceguide and I use port 5062 for 3cx and it took me some time to get all this worked out but it works just great Share this post Link to post
