Guest DiegoBellini Report post Posted 04/04/2014 12:52 AM I reinstalled a server that was running 2 years ago because I had to change the hard disk, and install the new version of VG, an error that did not exist, now appears. The error appears in the module "ReadPasswd" of TelecoopMain.vgs script. When you open the script, the module in question does not appear on screen, but to list the modules appear as exists in this script. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/04/2014 02:48 AM Looks like the current script is saved using an older format, and the version of VoiceGuide which you are using has a bug when reading the Database Query type module entry from the older format. Please update your system to this version: [removed] (stop service, exit all applications and then install over the top) The VoiceGuide service should then be able to read in the .vgs file properly. If you still have issues please open the .vgs file in the new version Script Designer included in this update and then save it again. This will save the .VGS file in the new format and the VoiceGuide service will then be parsing it according to new format rules. Please let us know how you go with it, Share this post Link to post
