SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/07/2014 08:59 PM VoiceGuide can be set to run different scripts depending on whether the Dialogic card/drivers have detected a live person or an answering machine. To save the numbers that have been answered by answering machine (which would include voicemail and IVRs etc.) the relevant script can just save the number dialed into a file or database etc. $RV_DIALEDNUMBER holds the number dialed.
