Guest Seth Report post Posted 02/08/2004 11:36 PM Hello, I know this is more of a Dialogic question than a voiceguide one, but I've searched the web thoroughly and haven't found any help elsewhere. I'm using voiceguide 5.1.7, and can't get the Dialogic/4 card to pick up before the end of the second ring. I've hooked up a phone in parallel, like you advised to another customer, and the line rings twice, fully, before the card accepts the call. I am using windows 2000 sp4. Attached is a tracelog of the script receiving a call: 183350.01 5 linedevstate 2048 0 0 183350.01 5 callstate OFFERING 65932 0 4 183350.01 5 Answer the call at 2/8/2004 6:33:50 PM 183350.04 5 lineAnswer(65932) => 65642 183350.04 5 callinfo CALLEDID 183350.04 5 callinfo ORIGIN 183350.04 5 ring 0 183350.58 5 callstate CONNECTED 65932,1,0 183350.58 5 WorkingModeTAPI@Connected= 183350.58 5 WorkingModeScript@Connected= 183350.63 5 Inband detection not enabled 183350.63 5 StartLoadedVgs at 2/8/2004 6:33:50 PM 183350.63 5 tapi Reply (LineEvReply) ok 65642 0 183350.63 5 [Office Hours Check] Evaluate [(($RV_DAY >= 1) and ($RV_DAY <= 4) and (($RV_HOUR >= 9) and ($RV_HOUR <= 16))) or (($RV_DAY = 5) or ($RV_DAY = 7) and (($RV_HOUR >= 9) and ($RV_HOUR <= 12)))] 183350.63 5 RVreplace start (strlen>100) 183350.63 5 .Eval(((7 >= 1) and (7 <= 4) and ((18 >= 9) and (18 <= 16))) or ((7 = 5) or (7 = 7) and ((18 >= 9) and (18 <= 12)))) 183350.64 5 Eval Expr result:[False] 183350.64 5 [AttendClosed] Number Input 183350.64 5 [AttendClosed] Playing (AttendClosed.wav) 183350.66 5 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Voicemail\AttendClosed.wav] 183355.59 5 wb(54129700) 183355.64 5 Play End line[5] (id=541297) 183355.64 5 LsGetNbrsPlayWelcMsg EV_PLAY_FINISHED 183357.12 5 callstate DISCONNECTED 65932,0,0 183357.12 5 LsGetNbrsRxDigits EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT 183357.12 5 Hanging up call... 183357.12 5 RecSoundStop ok 183357.13 5 PlaySoundStop ok 183357.13 5 fnHangupCall end 183357.18 5 linedevstate 2048 0 0 183357.18 5 callstate IDLE 65932 0 0 183357.18 5 WorkingMode@Idle= 183357.22 5 tapi Reply (LineEvReply) ok 65847 0 183358.15 5 LsAwaitingCalls EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 183358.15 5 ReinitTelephony due to IDLE start 183358.16 5 tapic lineDeallocateCall(MainCall:65932) 0 183358.37 5 lineOpen(5) => 0 183358.38 5 Waiting for a call... 183358.38 5 lineOpen(5)LineHandle=66258 Any advice? SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/09/2004 12:00 AM The number of rings after which the incoming call is reported by Dialogic to VoiceGuide can be set in the Dialogic's TSP configuration. On Win2000: 1. Open "Control Panel -> Phone and Modem Options", 2. Go to "Advanced" Tab 3. Bring up the "Dialogic Service Provider" 4. Click "Advanced" 5. Go to "Call Parameters" tab 6. See the "Report incoming call" setting. Share this post Link to post
