rmatosaw Report post Posted 04/15/2014 04:25 AM Hi, I'm trying to use the 2LineRec (with some modifcations) to transfer (and record) call between two remote customers. The voiceguide server uses Dialogic connected to an Avaya PBX. The script appears to run ok. Receive the call, dial the number obtained, the phone rings but the voice is not transferred (the remote customers not listen to anything), and the record file was not generated. Would you help me? SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/17/2014 09:31 AM Traces show that this card does not support 'Dial and Conference' (tromboned) transfers. ktTel trace shows: 136 190029.562 4468 ERROR TelDriver_TsRoute ag_getxmitslot 1 dxxxB1C2 : Invalid Switching Handler Bus Mode Only JCT and DMV series cards support conferenceing of two ports together. It appears that the card used on this system is a D/4PCI* series card. Share this post Link to post
