SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/24/2014 08:16 AM 2-line conference call recording is done by issuing a WCF/COM API call, not by using a Record module. Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/com_record_2lines_start.htm A example '2 line record' script should be also in VoiceGuide's sample scripts subdirectory Please also update this sytem to latest version of VoiceGuide as well. The version currently installed is 3 years old. (The Dialogic drivers would also need updating at same time) Share this post Link to post
