We have problems with sending emails from vg.

VG not using alternate email send method. Each time after unsuccessful email send process VG terminating module.

 

We use configuration:

 

SMTP Server: ssl:smtp.agenta.pl

port:587

 

This same configuration settings working on thunderbird but not in VG.

The error returned by .NET's email sending routines is:

 

The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

 

This apparently can be caused by the email server's SSL certificate not being imported in properly, or SSL certificate was actually created for a differnet URL, or there is a date mismatch on the machines, etc.

Why VG cutting part of HOST name?
