dbuchanan25 Report post Posted 07/15/2014 03:29 PM Line status monitor reported a outgoing call length of 1120 seconds before I manually hung up the call on a script that had proper timeouts, etc. The script is for a satisfaction survey. This has happened recurrently, not on all calls, but on some. 0715_CallEvents doesn't report the call. File is attached. Please refer to the attached 20140715.txt first. Any ideas?
