SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/12/2004 09:38 AM The log files are saved in a comma delimited format so that it is easy to allow them to be either imported into or linked to be databases... "Linking" these files as a database table in a database is the easiest approach... The OutDialQueue data is already stored in a database - OutDialQueue.mdb Share this post Link to post
