SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/18/2014 08:22 PM Have you confirmed that the Dialogic drivers service was started before VoiceGuide was started? With VoiceGuide v6 the Dialogic drivers should be set to start automatically at system startup time. If you continue to have problems please .ZIP up and post the VoiceGuide traces from VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory. We can then see what is happening on the system. Share this post Link to post

This is a E1 card have you tested the ISDN connection is working and were able to place calls into the system when using the Dialogic isdiag demo app? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/25/2014 11:27 PM You will need to get Dialogic own isdiag testing application working first, so that you can confirm that card itself is actually working. Is the Dialogic service started and the ISDN protocol selected? Is the E1 trunk plugged into the card and is the LED on the back of the card Green? Share this post Link to post
