Cdr Analysis

Few questions to CDR:

 

in_Answered and out_Answered

 

on the end of each cdr line we have three timestamps, can You help to recognize what a moment they mark?

 

In in_Answered:

  • first: start working in VG script?
  • second: script answer (eg. first play module)?
  • third: stop workieng in termination script?

in out_Answered:

  • first: start calling in transfer module (start transfer module or first call signal from target station)?
  • second: answer called telephone?
  • third: end of transfered call? (then script following to termination script)

OK,

but question is: field 10 in IN_ANSWERED including start script? field 11 voice answer of VG script?

 

field 10 in OUT_ANSWER including timestamp of start of calling or ringing to target station? I'm asking because we want to measure real waiting time excluding time needed to establish connection.
