invoso.com Report post Posted 10/15/2014 04:48 PM Few questions to CDR: in_Answered and out_Answered on the end of each cdr line we have three timestamps, can You help to recognize what a moment they mark? In in_Answered: first: start working in VG script? second: script answer (eg. first play module)? third: stop workieng in termination script? in out_Answered: first: start calling in transfer module (start transfer module or first call signal from target station)? second: answer called telephone? third: end of transfered call? (then script following to termination script) Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/15/2014 10:43 PM The definition of fields in CDR entries is provided here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/log_cdrs.htm Sounds like you are asking about entries made in fields 10, 111 and 12. Share this post Link to post
invoso.com Report post Posted 10/16/2014 06:35 AM OK, but question is: field 10 in IN_ANSWERED including start script? field 11 voice answer of VG script? field 10 in OUT_ANSWER including timestamp of start of calling or ringing to target station? I'm asking because we want to measure real waiting time excluding time needed to establish connection. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/16/2014 08:24 AM For outgoing calls the "Start of call" is when the outgoing call was dialed. Share this post Link to post
