When I tried Test wizard software(Way2call) VoiceGuide detected and recorder test. I was wondering about my setup. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/13/2004 02:39 AM Trace shows that 9 seconds after starting recording the Hi-Phone told VG that the call has ended and that VG should hang up. That is what VG did. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/13/2004 04:17 AM Looks like the Hi-Phone did not even send any sound data back to VoiceGuide... Please place the attached file in "C:\". Once this file is there then log files will be created named: C:\VoiceGuideLogMMDD.txt. Please try recording again and post that log file... Have you tried to play sound files with the Hi-Phone?
