Guest Guest_Justin Report post Posted 02/13/2004 03:56 AM I am attempting to reinstall Voiceguide on a system with an onboard nic. This system had a 48 line license and a system ID MDA90 before a series of viruses caused me to completely rebuild two of my dialers (one running Voceguide and the other running a custom dialing app). I'm not sure which system originally had VG on it, but neither of them are showing this system id any more. I am getting ME165 and M86A7. Any idea why this would be happening? SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/13/2004 04:09 AM Can you please email us the output of this command: ipconfig /all An ID which starts with the letter "M" is definately linked to a NIC - is it possible that there is a second NIC in either of these machines and it just hasn't been enabled?
