Guest nakis Report post Posted 02/13/2004 06:51 PM Hi, Im using voiceguide with windows 2003 server and AVM Fritz PCI. I have installed ComISDN and I am trying to make a blind ( or announced) call transfer. The problem is that I cannot generate the hookflash. In my country it must have a 270ms length ( I changed it to vg.ini - I played with other values ,too). Im using voiceguide module to do the transfer and when testing the script I continue listen the number that card dials. As a second problem I cannot get the CallerID. Manual call transfer (announced using a handset) works fine. Using AVM software I can also get the callerid. The log of voiceguide follows: --------------------------------- 201937,81 23 callstate OFFERING 66078 0 4 201937,81 23 callinfo DEVSPECIFIC 201937,81 23 callinfo DEVSPECIFIC 201937,81 23 ring 0 201942,81 23 ring 1 201942,81 23 Answer the call at 13/2/2004 8:19:42 ii 201942,81 23 lineAnswer(66078) => 66010 201942,81 23 tapi Reply 66010 0 201942,88 23 callstate CONNECTED 66078,1,0 201942,88 23 WorkingModeTAPI= 201942,89 23 WorkingModeScript= 201942,89 23 Inband detection not enabled 201942,89 23 StartLoadedVgs at 13/2/2004 8:19:42 ii 201942,91 23 [Play 1] Playing 201942,91 23 tts generate start[hello] 201942,92 23 tts generate end 201942,92 23 [Play 1] Playing (C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\tts23.wav) 201942,92 23 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\tts23.wav] 201942,94 23 RunModule PLAY end 201942,94 23 callinfo DEVSPECIFIC 201944,03 23 Play End line[23] (id=605500) 201944,03 23 LsPlayMsg EV_PLAY_FINISHED 201944,03 23 dtmf 1 (49,2) 201944,05 23 LsPlayMsgFinished 1 201944,44 23 LsXferStart EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER 201944,44 23 [Transfer Call 2] Announced Conference to 6937154682 (Generate) 201944,44 23 tapic lineGenerateDigits(66078,!,270) => 0 201944,45 23 generate LINEGENERATETERM_CANCEL 201945,55 23 LsXferStart EV_TAPI_GENERATE 201946,64 23 LsXferPlayVts EV_HOOKFLASHFINISHED 201946,64 23 tapic lineGenerateDigits(66078,6937154682,0) => 0 201946,64 23 generate LINEGENERATETERM_DONE 201947,73 23 LsXferPlayVts EV_TAPI_GENERATE 201947,73 23 fn PlaySoundStartNumbers TsfrCallFrom.wav, TsfrAskAccept.wav, , Digits 201947,73 23 twcal PlaySayNumber C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\TsfrCallFrom.wav, C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\TsfrAskAccept.wav, , , 1 201947,75 23 PlaySoundStartNumbers ok 201954,00 23 callstate DISCONNECTED 66078,2048,0 201954,00 23 LsXferPlayAnn EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT 201954,00 23 PlaySoundStop ok 201954,02 23 callinfo DEVSPECIFIC 201954,06 23 callstate DISCONNECTED 66078,1,0 201954,06 23 LsXferPlayAnn EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT 201954,06 23 PlaySoundStop ok 201954,08 23 callstate IDLE 66078 0 0 201954,08 23 WorkingMode@Idle= 201955,08 23 LsXferPlayAnn EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 201955,08 23 ReinitTelephony due to IDLE start 201955,08 23 tapic lineDeallocateCall(MainCall:66078) 0 201955,11 23 lineOpen(23) => 0 201955,11 23 Waiting for a call... 201955,11 23 lineOpen(23)LineHandle=65841 --------------------------------------------------- Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/15/2004 04:53 AM Call Transfers on ISDN are a bit problematic, please read: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=816 There usually weren't any problems with CallerID beforehand though... you may want to contact ComISDN to see if there are issues with the particular types of ISDN lines which you are using...
