Vg Blocking Channels On Termination

sometimes happen

 

Hanging up ... [LineEvCallState_DISCONNECTED]

 

on several channels (outgoing) and blocking until press hangup line button on Line Status Monitor

then channel has status:

 

Hanging up.. [LineStatusWcf]

 

then we set

 

Set ISDN Channel State - Out of Service

 

and then channel has status: Waiting for a call

 

 

How to solve this problem (on each server we have)?

Please provide ktTel and vgEngine traces that capture last few calls on the channel and the channel reset.

 

We can then see what happened on the system and advise.
