Wave Files Stop Playing.

After having many problems using VoiceGuide with a voice modem I finally purchased a Dialogic D/41H. This has caused a new problem with my script:

 

When callers dial in they receive a welcome message. This is working normally. After the welcome message the callers are prompted to enter three digit numbers to take them to various parts of the script (i.e. 211 = injured bird, 311 = injured mammal, etc.).

 

When the caller enters the anything into the phone, no other wave file will play. The welcome message will not even repeat.

As you can see from the event trace the wave file is called, but nothing plays over the line. I have set it up to make three attempts to play the file, and then the system hangs up.

 

It attempts to play the wave file (211.wav in this case) 3 times in less than a minute. This wave file is about 1 minute and 5 seconds long.

 

Please help.

Are you trying to play the same file :

 

rehab data1.wav

 

all the time, or is it a different file (and the filename just did not display properly?)

 

Is the sound file recorded in the Dialogic format? (PCM 11025Hz, 8bit, Mono)

 

Have you tried replacing the problem file with one that works (eg: one of the VoiceGuide 'system' files)?

 

What version of Dialogic System Release Drivers are you using? (5.01 or later should be used)

 

Also - Dialogic should be used on Win2000 - not 98...
