Hi there

 

Im using VoiceGuide V7 with a Dialogic D/JCT600 ISDN card. All is working well.

 

Ive checked the log of the Dialogic log files, and see many errors showing...

I know this is a Dialogic Log, but wondered if you had any info, before I contact them.

This is not really an error, just a report from Dialogic drivers that some type of information (caller name?) has not been provided as part of CallerID sent with incoming call.
