Installed Modem But Receive Line Error

When running the setup wizard I'm not sure which device to select, RAS VPN, WAN Miniport,LPT1t and so on. I do not see the Dialogic board as a Modem, and not sure if I should. When I run the test TAPI program I receive a an error -

 

Failed to open Line 3, reason= Lineerr_operationunavail,

 

I do not get a green light on the talker screen on line 3.

 

Were testing and would love to get this going!

Have you installed the Dialogic's TAPI and Wave drivers as per instructions in the VG Help file?

The wave file installed okay, and the Tapi appeared to install okay.

If the TAPI and Wave drivers are installed then you should see the Dialogic lines showing up in the list of devices in the VG Config Wizard - like in the Config Wizard screenshot visible here:
