Can You explain what is Global End-of-Call DTMF (d) as hangup source?

 

How to make VG not sensible on something like this?

The DTMF "D" tone is used by some PBXs to indicate end of call.

 

To stop VoiceGuide reacting to this tone please do this:

 

In VG.INI file in section [PBX] please remove or comment out the HangupOnDtmf setting.
