There are advantages if the system needs to support Speech Recognition, or support Fax on many channels, or support 3+ party conferences. DMV600BTEP supports Speech Recognition on all of the channels of both trunks. D/600JCT can only run one trunk with support for Speech Recognition. DMV600BTEP supports Fax Tx/Rx on all of the channels of both trunks. D/600JCT can only use Fax functionality on a few channels. DMV600BTEP supports 3+ party conferences. D/600JCT does not support 3+ party conferences. Share this post Link to post

Can VG with this card (or HMP) create: - connect several calls into one group conversation? - connect to conversation as supervisor (to hear conversation)? - connect to conversation as supervisor (as whisper for Agent)? - transfer call to more than one Agent (creating conferencing rooms)?
