SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/18/2015 12:36 AM Looks like no sound files is defined in module [Welcome], so nothing gets played, and eventually script times out awaiting input and hang up. Please set the sound file to play in module [Welcome]. 150822.956 7 3 1 state Human answer. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/19/2015 09:25 PM Is the number of "Retries Left" for those calls >= 0 ? Please also check the daily Start and Stop times for those calls. Share this post Link to post
Guest Joe_supra Report post Posted 02/19/2015 10:20 PM i set the "Number of retries" to 0 because I want the system to place only call. Can't this value be set to 0? I checked the start /stop times and they are looking ok. Please see the screen shot.. Regards Joe Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/19/2015 10:37 PM The "Retries Left" is the column in the database that keeps the current retries remaining for each call. But sounds like the issue here is that the call is not made when new call is loaded, right? Please make a capture of when this happens (include the vgDialListLoad and vgEngine traces) and create a new support forum thread on this new topic. Share this post Link to post
