Guest Geoff R Report post Posted 02/24/2004 02:58 PM I'm new, and I've seen the use of the term "VBScript" here and there on this forum in relation to writing scripts for use with VG. Are we talking about the ASP scripting language "VBScript", or about the MS Access VBA script (I think it's called). I know VBScript from my web development experience, but have never used VB scripting used in Access. I found VBScript quite straight forward, while VB has always seemed confusing to me. ;-) (not a programmer by trade). Thanks Geoff Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/24/2004 09:36 PM "VBScript" and "MS Access VBA script" are pretty much one and the same. Most VoiceGuide apps do not need you to write any VBScripts - just use the standard modules to create the callflow. You only need to use VB Script if you chose to do so for more advanced applications - and then you can run a VB Script of your own design by using a "Run VB Script" module.
