Guest MemBenTech Report post Posted 03/31/2015 03:55 PM My company was running VG 7.3.2 & the hardware crashed, I'm trying to rebuild it on a new machine and I need help.I have installed VG & the IVR is up and running but I cannot find how to load any of our numbers to actually connect it to the analog phone line & the phone line is plugged into the dialogic chip, but when I bring up the line status monitor, it reflects nothing.Also, I seem to see application files such as "vg.ini.defaultinstall" that my computer is telling me it doesn't have the program to run. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/02/2015 08:29 PM It sounds like you have the telephone lines plugged into the Dialogic card. Are calls arriving on these lines? Best way to check that is to plug the telephone line into a telephone handset and see if the handset is ringing when you dial the number. If you are getting messages that application files cannot be found then you may want to look at re-installing VoiceGuide, and checking that your Hard Disk is operating correctly.
