Simple Information Line And Message Recording

I just purchase the professional addition and would like to set up the following simple system:

 

1) I have a free recorded message that I want people to be able to call and listen.

2) I want them to enter an extention number first, and use that to direct them to

a specific voicemail box (this way I know which add the first used to call me.

3) The messages are all the same.

4) I want an e-mail sent so I can get the message immeadilatey.

 

I set up a simple script, using the play message moudle and writing a script that transfers based up the number pressed.

 

It works, except that when I press 1#, I first get the Auto attendant asking me to enter the voicemail box i want to leave a message in. I don't what the consumer, I just want them to enter the extention number and be transfered straight to the begging message of the voicemail box.

 

What is the best way to go about doing this?

Just specify the voicemail box number in the path, eg:

 

on {1} goto [Voicemail Box 0001]
