Vg 7.5

I installed VG7.5 and configed with number 200. Then I made a call from 300 to 200 and it has error. I couldn't hear anything from my script.

Can you please port traces that capture the incoming call. We can then see what happened during the call.

 

Traces are saved in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory. Please .ZIP up any traces before posting them.

You are running VoiceGuie in evaluation mode.

 

It needs restarting every now and then when in that mode in order to answer calls.

 

Try restating the VoiceGuide service and try calling into the system again.

Looking at some previous calls we can see that there was a problem answering the calls.

 

If there are any firewalls or anti-virus type software on this system try disabling them all and trying again.

 

Most likely the Dialogic drivers are stopped from opening a port for RTP communications.

 

Please also post the Dialogic RTF logs. Just .ZIP up the entire C:\Program Files (x86)\Dialogic\log directory and post it here.

Please try this:

1. Stop the VoiceGuide service.
2. Stop the Dialogic service.

Please place the attached RtfConfigWin.xml file on your system - unzip first. (file link at very bottom of this post)


for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 :
3a. make the hidden directory C:\ProgramData visible
3b. go to C:\ProgramData\Dialogic\HMP\cfg


for Windows XP, server 2003 and Server 2008 32bit :
3a. go to C:\Program Files\Dialogic\cfg


Then:

4. Backup existing RtfConfigWin.xml,
5. Replace it with attached RtfConfigWin.xml (unzip it first)
6. Shutdown and restart Windows.

 

7 Start WireShark to capture the SIP packets of the incoming call. (see: www.wireshark.org)

8. Start the Dialogic service.
9. Once Dialogic service has fully started then start the VoiceGuide service.

 

10. After VoiceGuide service has fully started place a call into system.

 

11. .ZIP up Dialogic logs and VoiceGuide ktTel log and the WireShark .pcap log file that captures the SIP packets.

12. Please post all the above logs here.

From looking at your previous posts it looks like you had incoming calls working before.

 

Did the incoming calls stopped working after updating system to v7.5? or when you updated to HMP30 SU361 ?

 

Are the incoming calls made from same devices/softphones as before? Are you using uLaw encoding on these calls or some other format?

 

(BTW. recommended HMP version for use with VoiceGuide v7.5 is SU360, not SU361 - please see download links on our Downloads page)
