Guest joneschik Report post Posted 01/29/2016 09:18 PM I've successfully installed Dialogic HMP drivers and Voiceguide under the administrator account on a Windows 2012R2 server which is joined to a domain. I'm able to call in to Voiceguide using SJPhone & the IP address of the server & Voiceguide answers with the default credit card payment.vgs script. But when I log off and log back on using my own administrator account on the domain, the IVR doesn't start up automatically in the system tray. I have given my domain ID Full Permissions on the D:\Program Files (x86)\Voiceguide folder and have verified that Voiceguide IVR is set to start automatically in services. Any ideas for me? Also, I've successfully "activated" a new license, however the pop-up windows says to use a new license perform some actions in the DCM: 1-From Device, select Restore Defaults option and from System menu, select Start System option. Where is this "DCM" executable located? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/29/2016 10:12 PM Voiceguide answers with the default credit card payment.vgs script. ... the IVR doesn't start up automatically in the system tray. So the IVR service is running, but the 'IVR Monitor' that runs in the system icon tray is not started when you log into system in your account. Looks like you are logging in using different account then what was used to install the software (?) Please ensure that a link to the vgIconTrayMonitor.exe is in the 'Startup' folder that is ran when you log into system. Where is this "DCM" executable located? DCM is the "Dialogic Configuration Manager." Please run this program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dialogic\HMP\bin\NCM.exe After starting NCM.exe application then highlight the "HMP_Software" entry in the device tree (under the "DM3" branch) and then on the top menu go to: Device -> Restore Defaults and follow instructions from there.
