SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/04/2004 10:48 PM OK, this was a bug with the v5.2.1 upload. Please place the attached .exe in the directory where VG v5.2.1 was installed. VgMulti_5.2.1005.zip Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/08/2004 08:29 AM After obtaining the downloaded file we found that we were able to repair the downloaded file using the BigSpeed Zipper tool from http://bigspeed.net/ Please use this tool to fix any downloaded files which give the "does not appear to be a valid archive" errors with WinZip. It would also be a good idea to ask at local computer why your downloading isn't working and ask them to fix that for you in first place as well. We have received no other reports of people having problems with downloading files from our forum or ftp sites. Share this post Link to post
