Dialogic Diva 4Bri-8 With Voiceguide V7

Hi, I have an IVR system installed in a Windows 2003 Server with a Dialogic Diva 4BRI-8 card and Voiceguide v5. We need to upgrade the hardware and would like to know what options we have.

 

We are planning to go to Windows 2008 R2 or Windows 2012 so it's clear we will need to upgrade to Voiceguide v7 but will the Dialogic Diva 4BRI-8 work with Voiceguide v7?

No. VoiceGuide v7 only works with Dialogic cards.

 

If you are currently using 8 BRI ports then you may want to look into getting a single ISDN PRI instead. Suggest checking with your Telco to see if they can provision a 'fractional' PRI. A 'fractional' PRI only has some of the channels enabled.
